It has long been an issue in the construction trade to re-seal the ends of trim board, decking and other lumber products cut in the field. Until now, there has been no easy way to do so. Typically, installers that attempt to re-seal the end cuts will take a rag and soak it with a sealer or use a paint brush or sponge out of a can of primer. These techniques are inefficient and time consuming to do – resulting in the end cut rarely getting sealed. As a result, the lumber coating warranty is void* if the cut ends are not resealed when installed – a major industry-wide issue.

This is where our EndCuts & DeckCuts products provide a much needed solution. Ze-VO Products Group has taken our proprietary coatings which are currently sold today as factory coated primer on lumber and we have put it into a custom bottle and applicator that can be easily applied to end cuts in the field.
